What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness can be defined as a conscious awareness of what is
happening in the present moment.
Dwelling on the past can trap us in a cycle of negative thinking, preventing us from fully experiencing joy in the present. Likewise, excessive worry about the future often leads to unnecessary stress and anxiety.
True peace comes from learning to be present in the moment.

Meditation is a practice for anyone who wants to feel calmer, clearer, and more present in daily life. Whether you're juggling work, school, parenting, or just looking for a little peace, meditation is a simple, healthy habit that anyone can build.

​Beginners program runs for 6 weeks, 7pm - 8.30pm in Colac Victoria, and online. Cost $270
Weekly Online Meditations
Join our Weekly Online Meditation, every Thursday. ​A gentle, welcoming space to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others.

You will need access to Zoom. Casual attendance $15 per session.
Soul Work Coaching
Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching allows you to deepen your understanding, with personalised guidance designed to align with your goals, at a pace that supports you best. Enabling you to establish a consistent meditation routine and enhance your mindful living.

A standard coaching session is $100 per hour, with packages available.
